Bella Coleman
Bella Coleman creates coloring books and journals designed to help people slow down, relax, and reconnect with themselves.
She is also the author of her first nonfiction book, Skip the Line, for women who are done learning wisdom through pain, where she shares honest lessons on love, relationships, self-worth, and personal growth-giving women the guidance she once had to learn the hard way.
For many years, she struggled with depression and anxiety. During some of her hardest moments, she discovered that simple creative activities-like coloring, reading, and journaling helped quiet her mind and bring a sense of peace when she needed it most. What began as a personal coping tool soon grew into a passion for creating books that support others on their healing journeys.

Yes, eBooks are extremely popular these days, but my print book feels so real! No feeling like having something you created in your hands. I was overwhelmed with gratitude and tears of joy. :-)

After you read the back, check out the snake in the left corner. Notice what it is made of. Every picture outside and inside my book has meaning, nothing was random.
